Roberta Kramchynsky works closely with clients and the national Health & Life Sciences practice on business-critical policy issues. Roberta develops and delivers government relations strategies, monitors and responds to legislative, regulatory and policy initiatives, and provides insight and analysis into their impact to clients and their business and government relations objectives.
Roberta works with health products sector clients on a broad range of issues ranging from federal health policy to intellectual property to international trade. She also has worked with industry associations and not-for-profit groups and associations to deliver health-focused public affairs engagement strategies.
Prior to joining Global in 2007, Roberta gained federal political and policy experience on Parliament Hill, working as a political assistant for a Parliamentary Secretary, a Cabinet Minister and with the Opposition Leader’s Office from 2004 to 2005. Roberta has also worked on federal election campaigns in 2004 and 2006.
Roberta holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University and an MBA from the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. Roberta is also President of the Arthur Kroeger College Chapter of the Carleton University Alumni Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Telfer MBA Alumni Association. In her spare time, Roberta plays Australian Rules Football with the Ottawa Swans.
