Andrew is a Vice President within Global Public Affairs’ Health & Life Sciences practice. With a decade of experience supporting innovators and stakeholders in the life sciences sector, Andrew provides senior-level strategic counsel to pharmaceutical companies, industry associations, health professional groups, innovators, and non-profits looking to engage with Canada’s health systems.
Based in Toronto, Andrew advises clients in developing integrated public affairs strategies, primarily focused on provincial-level health policy, market entry/access and reimbursement systems, and domestic biomanufacturing. He also advises on stakeholder relations activities, including disease awareness and advocacy activities. This work has crossed a number of therapeutic areas, including nephrology, hepatology, oncology, severe mental illness and rare diseases.
Andrew is active with Canada’s life sciences community, both as a board member of the Canadian Association for Healthcare Reimbursement and committee volunteer with Life Sciences Ontario, supporting efforts to foster growth in the sector. He is also politically active, having supported political campaigns at all levels of government.
Andrew is a proud graduate of Ottawa’s Carleton University and holds a postgraduate certificate in Public Relations from Toronto’s Humber College.
